Pete was so amazing to work with. We met for a tasting and everything was delicious. It was so hard to choose because we wanted it all! He was so kind and really made us feel cared for. The day of our wedding, everything was just as amazing. His staff was great and they got everyone fed quickly. People couldn't stop talking about how good the food was. We highly recommend Pete and his amazing BBQ!

I want to thank Pete and his crew again for catering another outstanding event (they catered our wedding a few years ago). From the time I reached out to him up until the event (my wife's 60th birthday), it's been top-notch. Pricing, menu selection, # of guests, setup, food prep, doling out the appetizers and entrees, and finally storing the leftovers so that I could take home, great company to work with. I'll utilize their services for my next event.

Petes catered our wedding just 2 weeks ago and people are STILL raving about the food. Not only that but I can't be grateful enough for how helpful Pete has been with all of my questions the months leading up to my wedding and for responding so quickly. Pete and his team truly made it a breeze and were utterly AMAZING! I miss the food already, you can tell how fresh the food is and no bbq is more tasty or juicy than Pete's, we have very happy we chose them for our special day!

Pete is amazing and so easy to work with! He's professional, responsive, and he just thinks of all the small details when decorating the catering station. i.e what color scheme do you have, what flowers are you using.. And the food... Oh my gosh the food is so GOOD! We got tri tip, chicken, potato medley, vegetables, salad, and Mac and cheese with bacon. I can't stop thinking about the food that's how good it was. Every single guest had good things to say about the food, even my Texans are in love with it! Best decision you'll make is booking with Pete!

I was looking for someone to cater our small micro wedding in Temecula and found Pete's BBQ on Yelp. From the moment I reached out Pete was professional, responsive and very helpful. My now husband is from a small town in Texas and a BBQ snob. Like most guys he didn't care about the small details of the wedding but the food was important to him. Pete and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure our guests were taken care of and fed an incredible meal. I can't tell you how many compliments I got on the food. My MIL was so impressed with the Brisket and even told them "I'm from Texas and that Brisket is delicious, put another helping on my plate". Unfortunately I did not get to taste the Raspberry Chipotle Meatballs but it was all the rave. I think my fav was the smoked Mac and Cheese with Bacon. My wedding coordinator, who is also a good friend, was so impressed with the service and how friendly Pete's staff was. It was pouring rain and his staff jumped in and helped out setting up and re arranging things. If you like BBQ then Pete is your guy, no lie. From the set up to the presentation to the packing up of all the leftovers, I cant say enough good things. You can tell that Pete and his team take pride in making sure everything is perfect and it shows. You will not be disappointed.

Choosing Pete's Firehouse BBQ to cater our wedding was the best decision we ever made! Pete was extremely helpful during the planning process. He was flexible and made arrangements to schedule a tasting that accommodated our crazy schedule. His staff were professional and friendly. The presentation of the food was elegant and matched the decor of our wedding. The TASTE, the FLAVOR, and the QUALITY of his food was AMAZING! I highly recommend to any couple looking for a caterer.

I was looking for a place to cater a celebration of life. I reached out to Pete and from start to finish, he was awesome. I ended up ordering tri-tip, chicken, Mac and cheese as well as baked beans. I was impressed with the portions and the food overall. The Tri-tip was tender and flavorful. It didn't even need any bbq sauce. The chicken was so tender and moist and seasoned really nicely. I'm not a giant fan of baked beans, but his beans were really yummy. They even had little pieces of corn in them. As for the Mac and cheese, i loved it. I could eat that stuff every day. Smokey bacon and good and cheesy but not mushy. Everyone was asking where the food came from and how found him. We got so many compliments on all the food. We were really impressed and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended!!

We chose Pete's for our July wedding and were not disappointed! Pete was always courteous and nice every time we communicated and answered all the questions we had along the way. The set up and his staff were top notch and very professional. Now to review the food! Amazing! We got the grilled chicken and the brisket, and the bacon Mac and mashed potatoes on the side. It was all delicious! What an outstanding meal for the biggest day of our lives! The bacon Mac was talked about for days after! Thank you Pete! You made our big day just that much more special!

Pete's Firehouse BBQ Catering did a stellar job at my daughter's backyard wedding on 4/1/17. Our guests were very impressed with the appetizers and food for 130 people and 10 kids. Their setup was wonderful and blended in with the wedding theme. Communication was excellent! All his help was polite and helpful. We ordered the trip-tip and chicken which was exceptional! The potato salad was a great homestyle with red potatoes and there can't be enough said about the bacon macaroni and cheese! We used PAYPAL which was very convenient.
